PHP Team Leader in NORWAY

We are looking for a Team leader of the PHP development team who will be responsible for the development of our in-house integration platform and portal technology stack and manage a team of backend developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3+ members;
• Write high-quality code;
• Maintain existing applications and improve their features;
• Create new applications from scratch;
• Review and merge code;
• Create and maintain software documentation;
• Regularly provide and receive open and constructive feedback on performance, behavior and skills;
• Conduct performance reviews;
• Drive recruitment activities for the team.

What we expect from you:

• Fluent written and spoken English;
• 4+ years of professional software development experience with PHP;
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems;
• Have already managed a team of 3+;
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Experience and knowledge of a modern PHP framework, such as Symphony, Laravel, Yii2 or any other (Yii2 is a plus);
• Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
