Key Responsibilities
Own full P&L accountability for an assigned portfolio, including revenue, margin, utilization, and investment decisions.
Drive accurate forecasting, financial reporting, and corrective action planning in partnership with finance and executive leadership.
Manage portfolio risk including performance, staffing, financial, and contractual factors.
Ensure all programs meet or exceed contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance, and quality assurance practices across programs.
Oversee program managers and delivery leads to ensure strong PMO discipline and risk management.
Build and sustain trusted relationships with agency leadership and stakeholders as a senior client-facing executive.
Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand the company's footprint within existing accounts.
Partner with capture and proposal teams as a delivery and technical subject matter expert on new pursuits.
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing delivery organization.
