About the Role
We are looking for a Motion Designer / Video Editor to help our client build breakthrough paid social creative for high-growth consumer brands. This person will report to a VP of Creative and spearhead creative ideation, design, and execution across a portfolio of clients in close collaboration with internal and client teams.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate creative with demonstrated experience working in performance-driven digital advertising. The ideal candidate has chops across every phase of the creative process: you’ve developed content from scratch that you’re super proud of — from brief, to strategy, to idea, to design & execution.
This is a client-facing and highly collaborative role that requires effective communication and salesmanship: you are a pro at delivering compelling presentations, creating alignment with stakeholders, and fostering great relationships with your clients and teammates.
What you bring to the table:
● At least 3-5 years of relevant agency or in-house experience
● Previous experience working with Gaming Clients (through an agency or in-house)
● A champion of the Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly advanced use of After Effects & Premiere Pro, as well as photoshop & illustrator
● Proficient use of Figma
● Ability to produce original short-form content, including pitching, script writing, and storyboarding of abstract ideas concepts.
● Ability to manage color correction, audio balancing, timing, and pacing
● Experience editing user generated content (UGC)
● Experience locating and licensing appropriate b-roll and music.
● An understanding of creative best practices & latest trends for paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
● Ability to thrive and be productive in a fully remote environment
