Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives, client growth, and regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, GDPR, CCPA)
Lead cloud operations (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance programs, including SOC 2 audits and incident response planning
Oversee wealth management platforms (portfolio management, CRM, custodial integrations) and ensure high availability for distributed workforce systems
Drive digital transformation initiatives (AI adoption, process automation, data analytics, client reporting enhancements)
Manage M&A technology due diligence and post-acquisition system integration, including data migration and platform consolidation
Build and mentor a high-performing tech team across infrastructure, security, data, and support functions
Partner with advisory, operations, and product teams to integrate internal systems with client-facing wealth management platforms
Establish and track KPIs for platform performance, system uptime, security posture, and advisor satisfaction
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and board reporting
