Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product management, business, and technology to set the architecture and strategy for technology products.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of Java-based back-end services within the insurance platform.
Ensure seamless integration across all systems by collaborating with front-end developers and UX/UI designers.
Establish best practices for secure, scalable applications, including coding principles, governance, and release standards.
Provide mentorship to developers, set goals, perform reviews, and manage hiring and budgets.
Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs to support secure and efficient integrations.
Monitor and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system response times and scalability.
Build designs and solutions for complex business needs and lead troubleshooting efforts.
