Define, refine, and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy for MEDvidi.
Lead, coach, and manage the full product & engineering organisation across both product tracks.
Set and maintain a high bar for product quality and execution speed across all teams.
Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the executive level.
Resolve cross-functional blockers and identify opportunities through direct day-to-day engagement with teams.
Continuously improve product & engineering culture and processes.
Collaborate with other department heads and the CEO on company-level initiatives.
