Frontend Developer in POLAND

Role overview

We are looking for a self-organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to collaborate and has a sense of urgency in all that they do. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to surface needs, prioritise, test, and rollout new technology products. As our ideal candidate, you have a deep understanding of both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems, are hands-on, and a strong collaborator across multiple stake-holders.

Responsibilities

• Build beautiful user interfaces across our product portfolio
• Work as an integral member of a cross-functional team focused on improving customer journeys and creating high-impact features for our products while championing mature design practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, development, UX and marketing teams to ensure continuous delivery and infrastructure automation
• Communicate effectively with remote colleagues and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes
• Collaborate with the design team, considering multiple ways to solve problems weighing up implementation complexity, user experience, and product impact.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues;
• Work closely with engineering peers to align on the architectural direction and consistent use of design patterns while considering how code can be shared cross-product.
• Lead by example, maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving and system improvements
• Write well-tested, reliable code for use by millions of users

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• At least four years of experience in team/professional production environment
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in some/all of the following areas: Typescript, React, NextJS, HTML & CSS
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of frontend development, testing and deployments
• Ability to effectively break product features down into engineering tasks and come up with accurate estimates
• Familiar with software engineering best practices and can proactively push for high quality code
• Ability to ship quickly and make smart trade offs
• Comfortable with time pressure and can hit tight timelines
• Ability to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical team member
• Experience with RPC, wagmi, ethers.js, web3.js / web3.py for blockchain interactions

Advantageous

• Ideally based in Europe, EMEA or Asia
• Solid understanding of Ethereum blockchain, smart contracts, ERC standards, and the decentralized web.
• Customer-focussed
• Deep experience with Figma
• Track record of delivering complex software
• Keeping track of modern industry trends
