Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to bring our digital products to life.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.
• Maintain and improve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Ability to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
