RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a group of innovative igaming companies transforming how people experience and engage with online sports betting, and online casino / games, are currently hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to work on a hybrid basis (1 day per week in the office) from Sotogrande.
What is the plan for the Site Reliability Engineer role?
As part of the SRE team, you will proactively ensure the stability, resilience and scale of our services by automation, testing and engineering. You will play a pivotal role alongside all areas of technology to ensure that technical solutions are aligned across teams, deliver value to the customers as well as ensuring consistent monitoring, logging and alerting.
What will you do as a Site Reliability Engineer?
Take ownership and pride in the work you deliver. Ensuring what is delivered is of quality and takes into account security, capacity and performance.
Automate, continuously iterate and improve on existing technologies whilst keeping up-to-date with the latest trends to keep us ahead of the game.
Foster a culture of open exchange of ideas, innovation and continuous improvements.
Balance the commercial needs of the business against the ideal technical design, proposing sound phased or tactical implementations where appropriate.
Improve the team skill set by increasing and sharing knowledge thus setting the benchmark of quality and precision engineering.
What do you know that makes you a great Site Reliability Engineer?
Previous senior experience in a similar SRE or Devops role
Proficient in agile practices.
Proven communication skills.
Strong command of the English language.

Salary €80k - €90k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
