Job Title: React Native Lead

Location: Edinburgh

Visa: Candidates need full rights to work in the UK

Working model: Hybrid 2 days / week in the office - Relocation package available

This is an excellent opportunity for someone, who has experience working with agile development teams on large-scale software products.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive the delivery of new features for the next-gen mobile POS/Front of House system
• Play a key role in the growth and success of the dev team, providing leadership and support
• Mentor and coach team members, ensuring they develop the skills needed to excel
• Engage in the full feature lifecycle, from ideation and deployment to ongoing updates and enhancements
• Tackle a variety of challenges across the product and codebase

What do you bring?

Leadership Experience:

At least 2 years leading engineers in a mobile development team, focusing on multi-platform applications.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in designing and implementing user interface components for TypeScript-based mobile applications using the React Native ecosystem.
• Expertise in creating front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency.
• Proficiency in working with third-party dependencies and APIs.
• Experience using Redux architecture to enhance the performance of websites and mobile apps.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Proven ability to work with stakeholders across product, UX, DevOps, architecture, and more.
