Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to understand their legal and business workflows, systems, and technical requirements
Design and build integrations using the GC AI API from prototype through production deployment
Help customers deploy GC AI into critical business processes including contract review, procurement, vendor management, and compliance
Troubleshoot and debug customer integrations in real time
Identify repeatable deployment patterns and contribute them back to Product and Engineering as reusable platform capabilities
Create reference implementations, documentation, and best practices to help future customers move faster
Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%)
