Key Responsibilities
Own the developer experience and factory, including the build, test, deploy, and local-dev loop.
Build agent-safe environments with sandboxes and guardrails for autonomous AI agent deployment.
Manage end-to-end reliability, including SLOs, on-call health, observability, and incident response.
Own cloud infrastructure and cost management on AWS, ensuring scalability and spend visibility.

Remove systemic bottlenecks to compound engineering efficiency across the organization.
Educate the wider engineering team on platform expertise and create paths for infrastructure contributions.
