Requirements
▪ Completed studies in the field of computer science/business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
▪ Several years of professional experience in license management
▪ Preferably experience with the license metrics of large software manufacturers such as Microsoft, SAP and VMWare
▪ Competence in using license management tools
▪ Know-how in conducting license audits
▪ Good written and spoken German (min. B2) and English (B2)
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ In your role, you play a central role in identifying, maintaining and updating our group-wide license inventory and keeping track of actual usage and commercial license volume.
▪ In addition, you will monitor and develop our Software Asset Management (SAM) to ensure that we use software licenses efficiently and manage costs responsibly.
▪ Your contribution will ensure that software is used in a legally compliant and economically optimized manner while adhering to compliance requirements.
▪ You will be available as a contact for internal and external stakeholders in licensing matters to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
▪ You will also develop, maintain and communicate guidelines, specifications and procedures in license management to create clear structures.
▪ You will lead and carry out software and license analyses as well as external license audits to optimize our licensing landscape and ensure that we meet compliance requirements.

Hiring Process
- First Interview: 60-minute online interview with a HR representative and either the Head of IT, Vice President or other team member.
- On-site interview: In-depth interview focusing on technical skills, cultural fit and tour of the office and facilities (1.5-2 hours). Discussion of terms and conditions, including salary.
- Optional trial day: A practical day where you get to experience the role and workplace first-hand.
- Final decision: Usually made within 2-3 weeks of the initial interview.
