Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to help us enhance the user experience and design of our app. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing designs. You'll be instrumental in shaping the look and feel of IRLY, making it an even more engaging platform for our target audience of college students and young adults aged 18-26.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on UI/UX elements to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with our development and product teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, especially in the social and dating app domains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile app environments.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and user-centered design approach.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
