Key Responsibilities
Design AI-native workflows end-to-end, including prompt inputs, agent outputs, and confidence signals
Ship features weekly in close partnership with PMs and engineers from Figma explorations to pixel-perfect handoff
Prototype new AI interaction patterns such as chat, agents, and multi-step automations
Contribute to and extend the Figma design system to ensure scalability and consistency
Conduct regular user research with in-house legal users to understand workflows and pain points
Translate dense legal workflows into clean, intuitive user interfaces
