Your Experience

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B SaaS development
  • Language Requirement: Fluent English is essential
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in both Ruby on Rails and Vue.js is required
  • Bonus: Experience with Nuxt.js is a plus


Process

  • Fit and Technical Interview: Initial interview with (CTO), where you'll discuss both cultural fit and technical expertise. Example question: "Tell me about a challenge you faced and how you resolved it."
  • Technical Assessment: Conducted by a Lead Developer from the team you'll potentially join. This is not a coding game, but rather a discussion about a technical issue that the Comeen team has encountered to see how you would approach and solve it.
  • Executive Interview: A meeting with either the CEO or the COO.
  • Team Interaction: You may also have the chance to meet with other team members.
  • Informal Offer: If all goes well, an informal job offer will be made.
  • Formal Employment Offer: Followed by a formal job offer (promise of employment).



Compensation Package:

  • Remote Work: Open to fully remote work. For those based in Bordeaux, the team comes into the office 2 to 3 times per week.
  • Compensation: 45k to 50k.
  • Health Insurance: Full coverage of health insurance through Mutuelle Benefiz.
  • Meal Vouchers: €10 per worked day, with 60% covered by the company.
  • Sustainable Mobility Package: €250 per year to support the purchase of an electric vehicle (e-scooter, bicycle, etc.).
  • Contract Type: Executive contracts with RTT days for lead positions; non-executive contracts for other roles.
  • Equipment: Choice of a Mac, Windows, or Linux computer provided by the company.
  • Coworking Space: Up to €150 per month covered for coworking space if desired by the employee.
