Design scalable automation architecture, optimize deliverability, and collaborate cross-functionally to transition lifecycle marketing from manual to automated workflows. Requires 4+ years of marketing automation expertise, SQL proficiency, and hands-on SFMC experience.

Own end-to-end multi-channel customer journeys (email, SMS, push) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Personal Loans, Collections, and DebtIQ
Drive scalable automation architecture, deliverability strategy, and data flows to enhance lifecycle marketing efficiency
Collaborate with Data, Platform, and Product teams to transition from manual to automated campaign execution
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable journey architecture, including trigger logic, suppression rules, and data flows for reliable campaign execution
Build and execute responsive, on-brand email templates using AMPscript, Liquid, or similar technologies for personalized messaging at scale
Drive deliverability strategy, including IP warming, domain diversification, sender authentication, and reputation management
Write and execute SQL-based segmentation and audience logic for targeting and personalization across customer journeys
Monitor journey and campaign performance, translate results into actionable recommendations, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Partner with Data and Platform teams to strengthen automation architecture and transition lifecycle marketing to scalable infrastructure
Use AI tools to accelerate QA, personalization, and testing while maintaining accuracy and customer data privacy
