Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise-level switching, firewalls, and wireless networks with a focus on security and performance
Support and administer Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory
Operate and optimize ITSM platforms for ticketing, change management, and SLA compliance, resolving escalated technical issues
Document processes, create runbooks, and ensure alignment with internal policies and industry best practices
Participate in on-call rotations for network and infrastructure incidents, including weekends and holidays for planned/maintenance activities
