Key Responsibilities
Build out the QA function (strategy, process, tooling, standards), working with the US QA Lead so both sides run as one team
Own how we test AI-led features: agentic workflows, LLM outputs, and evaluation frameworks
Write automation in Playwright and TypeScript, and perform manual testing, regression, and UAT when a release needs it
Work with Engineering and Product to ensure quality is part of how things get built, not a gate at the end
Help hire and grow the QA team as we scale
