Own entire problem spaces end-to-end, from messy state to documented, production-ready systems with full authority
Architect and scale event-driven TypeScript platform for clinical workflows, agent autonomy, and e-prescribing compliance
Ship 500–1,000+ PRs/month with a lean team, targeting 10,000+ while maintaining clinical-grade rigor and fail-closed safety
Collaborate closely with Co-founder/CTO on architecture syncs, with standing to disagree and drive decisions independently
Work in a regulated environment (e-prescribing controlled substances) with HIPAA-grade security, audit trails, and clinical correctness
Key Responsibilities
Design and own the 'factory spine'—scaling event-driven deployment pipelines from 500–1,000 PRs/month to 10,000+ with canary rollouts and fail-safe mechanisms
