Key Responsibilities
Own the factory spine: move shipping from 500–1,000 PRs a month toward 10,000 while maintaining quality and rigor, including merge gates, migration safety, canary and rollback.
Own the clinical work spine: the event-sourced system of record for clinical work (orders, tasks, commands, receipts) with auditability and fail-closed checks.
Own agent operations in production: decide how LLM agent autonomy expands and ratchets upwards as proof accumulates, with tool use, checks, and receipts.
Own the data and metrics estate: warehouse, analytics platform, and pipelines that report what actually happened.
Architect and ship daily at high volume with a fleet of AI agents, writing docs and proactively communicating decisions.
