Key Responsibilities

Own the brand voice, message hierarchy, and conversion copy for PDPs and landing pages.

Build and operate AI workflows across customer research, strategy, copy, and creative briefs.

Translate technical product features and customer concerns into persuasive buying arguments.

Develop a repeatable content system to improve quality, delivery speed, and commercial impact.

Manage and coach CRO Copywriters to deliver high-quality work independently.

Collaborate with CRO and Design teams to turn content hypotheses into testable work.

Interpret A/B test results and apply findings to subsequent content iterations.

Total Compensation Package: Up to AED 45,000/month (tax-free) + comprehensive benefits (Base salary + monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of base)

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) with relocation assistance and visa support
