Key Responsibilities
Source candidates per requisition requirements, primarily from LinkedIn, ensuring high-quality RPS (Resume Per Setting).
Manage the entire recruitment process for all candidates, including pre-submission calls, Skype video interviews, and thorough company interviews.
Obtain Right to Represent for each candidate as per client requirements and submit candidates into the ATS for Staffing Consultant vetting.
Proactively build an extensive pipeline and network of candidates, fostering lasting relationships with them.
Attend client calls to clarify job requirements and track all recruitment metrics (email, call, submission, interview, and fill data).
Mentor junior recruiters as directed by the Lead Recruiter to ensure process consistency and quality.
