Establish and improve automated quality gates, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Lead code reviews to raise code quality, consistency, and maintainability across client codebases
Author and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for build, test, lint, and security checks
Administer GitHub repositories, including dependency management, permissions, branch protection, and overall repo hygiene
Partner with client teams to harden security and quality posture through dependency updates, vulnerability remediation, and static analysis
Build reusable patterns and foundations, such as shared components and design system integrations
Mentor and pair with engineers, including client and distributed teams, on modern React and front-end practices
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Lead technical conversations with client stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical plans
