Senior Android Developer in POLAND

Project:

Join a team which is responsible for modernizing outdated FOS Mobile application and ensure its continued presence in the Google Play Store.

Main responsibilities:

• Modernization: Update outdated libraries and SDKs to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Protocol Changes: Implement necessary adjustments to interaction protocols due to recent upgrades in our cloud services.
• Feature Maintenance: Maintain the core functionality of the application, which primarily involves displaying web pages.
• Push Notifications: Develop and integrate push notification capabilities to enhance user engagement.
• Code Investigation: Analyze and understand the existing codebase to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience as Android Developer
• Strong proficiency in Android development using Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with WebView components and their integration into mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Fluent technical, written and oral communication in English.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
