Your tasks on the position:
- Participating in the development and implementation of a comprehensive information security strategy for the company, including policies, procedures and controls
- Overseeing the implementation of security measures to protect the data, systems and network infrastructure
- Identifying potential weaknesses and areas for improvement through regular risk assessments and security audits
- Advising management on potential risks within information systems and technological needs to safeguard business goals and strategies
- Serving as the primary point of contact for security incidents and breaches
Requirements:
- 3+ years of information security experience
- Experience in the field of fintech, banking
- Experience in interacting with the regulator represented by the Central Bank
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices and technologies
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security, such as PCI DSS, DORA and GDPR
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
- English B2+
