Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities
Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Manage Linux and Ubuntu servers, including patching, performance monitoring, and log analysis.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 identity services, and Exchange Online.
Manage AWS environments including compute, networking, security groups, and database services.
Support Odoo environments, including Linux hosting and PostgreSQL connectivity.
Perform operating system and application patching and coordinate maintenance windows.
Review system and cloud logs for unauthorized access or abnormal activity.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure, cloud, identity, and messaging issues.
