Create and evolve a design system from the ground up, including component libraries, design tokens, and documentation
Establish the company’s visual language and brand assets for product and marketing surfaces, including landing pages, campaigns, and social content
Work directly with users and stakeholders to identify friction and iteratively improve product experiences
Collaborate with the CEO and engineering team to define the design function and set high design standards for scaling
