Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end material readiness for assigned programs, translating engineering BOMs and demand into procurement plans
Identify long-lead items and critical-path components early, track material status, and escalate gaps/risk proactively
Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, and Suppliers to align supply chain activities with program timelines
Ensure supplier compliance with TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements while managing NDAs and risk controls
Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and manage supply chain risks across global upfitters/partners
Serve as primary program manager for upfitter/partner relationships, maintaining stakeholder alignment and vehicle build readiness
Define, track, and report supply chain KPIs (material availability, cost savings, inventory accuracy) and drive process improvements
Maintain clear communication cadences with stakeholders, track milestones, and escalate risks as needed
