Must Have
✅ Strong AWS IAM Identity Center (AWS SSO) administration experience
✅ Permission Sets, Account Assignments, Federation, and Identity Integration expertise
✅ IAM Roles, Policies, Cross-Account Access, and Access Troubleshooting
✅ Hands-on experience with Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, and Lake Formation
✅ Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis capabilities
✅ Data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration experience
✅ Ability to work independently and provide architecture-level recommendations
