Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and organize a team of IT technicians, taking full responsibility for task allocation, process management, and workflow efficiency
Act as the primary technical contact and project lead for assigned client accounts, overseeing advisory, planning, and implementation phases
Oversee and execute advanced system administration tasks across Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and modern network technologies
Provide high-level technical support (both remote and on-site) for clients within a local 45-minute radius
