Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and investment priorities for key Digital Technology platforms (enterprise systems, AI-enabled workflows, operational applications)
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, InfoSec, and Compliance to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into measurable product increments
Establish outcome-driven KPIs tied to business value (efficiency gains, risk reduction, automation lift, compliance maturity, user adoption)
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery and business case development through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization
Drive disciplined backlog prioritization aligned with AOP, capacity constraints, and enterprise risk posture
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, SOX, and ITGC requirements across all in-scope systems and initiatives
Champion scalable product governance (intake frameworks, stage gates, dashboard reporting, executive-ready status communication)
Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership with data-driven insights and structured trade-off analysis
Collaborate with PMO, architecture, and engineering leads to ensure delivery predictability, risk transparency, and measurable value realization
Technical Skills Required
