Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines to support the Marketplace Health Engine
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify marketplace challenges and develop technical solutions
Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions to ensure system robustness, scalability, and security
Mentor and support engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, especially during on-call shifts
Contribute to product planning and roadmap development by providing technical insights and expertise
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems
