Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy multi-agent workflows for triage, data retrieval, summarization, reporting, and escalation routing in production.
Own client-facing support workflows (intake, triage, escalation, and resolution) and ensure measurable performance and reliability.
Translate non-technical stakeholder requirements into workflow specifications and explain system behavior, limits, and failure modes clearly.
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve AI workflow failures across prompts, tools, data, and orchestration in production.
Track and optimize AI workload costs, ensuring cost-defensible execution as volume grows.
Define accuracy standards, human review checkpoints, and escalation criteria for AI-assisted outputs.
Document workflows with runbooks, SOPs, and reports to enable independent operation and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain client-facing interfaces, portals, and onboarding automation for provisioning and configuration.
Instrument support workflows to measure performance and maintain client-facing documentation, release notes, and status updates.
Collaborate with process owners to build mission-specific workflows that fit operational needs, not the other way around.
