Senior Art Director in BRAZIL

Wingz Media is a Los Angeles-based marketing agency specializing in helping brands elevate their presence and achieve their goals.

We are seeking a talented  Art Director for our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually stunning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure cohesive and effective creative executions.
• Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to the team, ensuring the highest quality of work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design and digital marketing.
• Present creative concepts and ideas.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in a creative role
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, from digital campaigns to branding and print design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Experience leading a creative team in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex design challenges.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to apply them creatively.
