Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain core frontend experiences across the Iris platform, including AI-powered client-intake interfaces, dashboards, and embedded website components
Develop reusable React components, scalable application structures, and manage application state
Connect frontend applications to backend services and implement server/client interactions
Write clean, maintainable TypeScript and define appropriate types and interfaces
Translate product designs into polished, responsive, and accessible production interfaces
Build interfaces around AI-generated and conversational experiences, including streaming responses and error/fallback states
Improve page-load, rendering, and overall frontend performance including Core Web Vitals
Ensure interfaces work across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile with accessibility built in
Collaborate with backend engineers and product on API contracts, data structures, and technical architecture
Participate in code reviews and maintain consistent frontend engineering standards
