Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand current and future ML requirements
Design and develop innovative ML models and software algorithms to solve complex business problems
Design, build, maintain, and optimize scalable ML pipelines, architecture, and infrastructure
Use machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to develop and evaluate algorithms
Train, re-train, and deploy ML models into production with simulation and testing
Automate model deployment, training, and re-training using CI/CD/CT and MLOps principles
Design, develop, test, and deploy the ISDP knowledge graph from domain event store to Production
Design, build, and operate the MCP server exposing the graph layer and event store as tools to consumers
Own monitoring and observability of the graph layer and MCP server including SLOs, dashboards, and alerting
Partner with Data Engineers and Application Data Source Owners to ingest and validate data into ISDP
Establish data contracts, schema validation, and quality checks; support source owners through onboarding
