Key Responsibilities
Own a business-critical project end to end within the Consumer or Logistics domain from day one
Drive growth through pricing, supplier strategy, and market strategy, such as shaping market entry into new cities
Build the backbone of Picnic's operations, including robotic fulfilment, demand forecasting, and route optimization across Europe
Spot opportunities, use cutting-edge technology tools, and build solutions yourself rather than just making slides
Collaborate with teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France to tackle challenges at a European scale
Strengthen leadership skills in project management, storytelling, stakeholder communication, and giving and receiving feedback
