Key Responsibilities
Own reporting and insight from the Verisk supplier management platform, ensuring data is accurate, timely and presented to support effective decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and performance reports covering key supplier metrics including cost per claim, repair cycle times, SLA adherence, quality scores and customer satisfaction indicators
Proactively identify trends, anomalies and performance gaps across the supply chain, translating data signals into clear recommendations for action
Support indemnity spend analysis and cost reduction initiatives by providing analytical underpinning for supply chain decisions
Design and run ad hoc analytical projects at the request of Supply Chain, Claims or COO leadership
Act as the internal expert on Verisk platform data structures and reporting capabilities
Produce high-quality MI packs for the Claims Ratio Outcome Forum, Supply Chain governance reviews and SLT briefings
Support the embedding of data-led ways of working across the Supply Chain team and coach colleagues on interpreting analytical outputs
Maintain data integrity standards and governance controls around supply chain data
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain operating model by bringing insight-led challenge and supporting evidence-based decision making
