Instrument every experiment before it ships, with events defined, success threshold set, and baseline captured.

Bring the Swedish case to the domain teams with evidence, getting local needs into the global roadmap where they belong.

Work with Swedish sales and customer success to ensure what ships lands, and feed their feedback back into the roadmap.

Use AI in your own workflow: specs, prototypes, research.

Easor is a financial management platform that connects entrepreneurs and accounting firms. Over 15,000 businesses across Finland, Sweden, Spain, and Italy run their invoicing, payments, and accounting on our software. We listed on Nasdaq Helsinki in March 2026.

We are 145 people, 80 of whom work in product development in Finland and Spain. We are investing heavily in product practices, craft, and team structure to match the ambitions of an independent product company. This role is part of that effort.

The Role and the Team
