Manage BAU (Business As Usual) operations for non-production environments
Handle incident, request, and change management for the cloud platform
Conduct regular platform security reviews to detect and resolve IT vulnerabilities
Monitor platform performance and share knowledge with Level 2 support teams
Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, etc.)
Document all work to a high standard for team collaboration and compliance
