KONUX is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a cross-functional team building AI-powered railway monitoring solutions. You will develop and enhance features for the switch monitoring product, take technical leadership on projects, and define common technical standards across teams. The role requires 5+ years of frontend and backend experience, cloud deployment (preferably AWS), and modern frameworks like React, TypeScript, Python, and Java.

Key Responsibilities
Work as a software developer in a cross-functional team developing and enhancing features for the switch monitoring product
Take technical leadership for projects in your team, collaborating with the revenue team and analyzing requirements
Align technical dependencies across teams
Define and promote common technical standards across all teams together with other Full-Stack Engineers
Own your designs and code, bring good coding practices throughout the full product life cycle, and keep team members accountable to meet goals
