Product Owner in ESTONIA

About the Company:

We help our partners launch SaaS startups from scratch (Management tool). Our users are companies (B2B) that need to see and work with all services, platforms, software from one management tool.

About the Role:

We have a number of hypotheses that the PO needs to test first. It is important for us that the Product Owner is proactive, formulates and tests hypotheses for product development, studies user experience and overall customer satisfaction, and strives to find new options for product development.

What will you be doing?

• Be responsible for the strategy and vision of product development.
• Develop hypotheses and test them, prioritize, and prototype solutions.
• Analyze best practices and formulate a proposal for product improvement.
• Define product metrics, analyze them, and improve them.
• Analyze customer needs.
• Manage a team and monitor the result.

Required Skills:

• Experience in successfully launching and/or developing products in the HR SaaS sphere.
• Multitasking skills.
• Flexibility.
• Focus on results.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to structure and correctly present information.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Attention to detail and independence.
• High degree of organization.
