Ensure Section 508 and WCAG accessibility compliance across all digital experiences.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, services, and dynamic content.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end, usability, accessibility, and performance issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and newly onboarded team members.
Document development standards, accessibility guidance, and implementation best practices.
