Present event strategy, performance, and recommendations to the CMO and senior leadership team
Develop and oversee integrated, multi-channel communication strategies for both events
Serve as a senior communications lead for high-stakes partner and stakeholder interactions
Serve as a senior relationship owner for Hanger's global partner network
Define and lead a partner engagement strategy maximizing participation, satisfaction, and long-term value
Oversee the full partner journey from onboarding through post-event follow-up
Lead and develop a team of four National Events Specialists with strategic direction and coaching
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications leaders to integrate events into broader brand and product marketing strategies
Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, contributing to broader marketing planning and brand strategy
Manage and oversee external agencies, production partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes within budget
