Key Responsibilities
Work with Product and delivery teams to understand user needs, business requirements and the problem to be solved.
Use available customer insights, analytics and existing research to inform design decisions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and app experiences.
Apply the design system, brand guidance and accessibility standards to produce clear, consistent and practical solutions.
Prepare designs and specifications that help Engineering understand and build the intended experience.
Support usability testing and other validation activities to check that proposed designs meet user needs.
Use feedback, research findings and performance data to improve designs through iteration.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery and business stakeholders throughout the design process.
Present design work clearly, respond constructively to feedback and explain the reasoning behind design choices.
Support implementation by reviewing delivered experiences and identifying issues or refinements.
