Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute engine/component-level tests to evaluate propulsion system performance
Develop test plans, objectives, and schedules aligned with project requirements and timelines
Lead daily test operations, generate test reports, and conduct risk assessments with mitigation actions
Interpret P&IDs, generate test sequences, and balance risk with test bench capabilities
Collaborate with development engineers, test bench teams, and external partners on test operations
Support rapid test data analysis to guide test campaigns and future planning
Define, develop, and update test procedures and guidelines for operational improvement
Prepare technical documentation including procedures, test reports, design reviews, and performance analyses
