Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for regulator customers to maximize the effectiveness of blockchain intelligence tools.
Onboard new regulator customers and drive utilization milestones within 60 days.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with economic buyers at regulator agencies.
Develop and launch self-serve resources including regulator playbooks, onboarding guides, and FAQ copilots.
Identify recurring regulator use cases and deliver scalable solutions such as chatbots and workflow templates.
Monitor customer usage and execute proactively to maintain 90%+ retention.
Surface product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
