Key Responsibilities
Own the product function end-to-end, from portfolio strategy to day-to-day execution
Set, defend, and evolve strategy across the in-house portfolio with unit leadership
Manage and hands-on coach product owners (5 direct reports)
Analyze metrics, review and test prototypes, and perform light vibe-coding of simple tests
Build a structured hypothesis pipeline with clear prototyping standards
Coordinate with adjacent functions including monetization, marketing, and data
Take on strategic oversight of the external partner studio
Champion practical AI adoption across the team using no-code and vibe-coding tools
Hire, develop, and retain the product team as it grows
Report on product status and results to unit leadership and the parent company's board
