Key Responsibilities
Lead qualification and reliability test programs for transceiver products including 100G/200G/400G/800G transceivers
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to define and execute test strategies and standards
Supervise and mentor reliability engineers and technicians
Ensure product qualification testing aligns with ISO9001, TL9000, Telcordia GR-468, and other industry standards
Design and manage stress tests (HTOL, TC, uBDH, BDH, ESD-HBM etc.) per Telcordia, JEDEC, MIL-STD-833, etc. standards
Analyze reliability data and failure modes to drive process improvements
Generate comprehensive qualification reports for internal and external stakeholders
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for reliability failures
Represent the quality team in customer audits and technical reviews
